PT Bambu

PT Bambu’s design center is a majestic bamboo Wantilan structure that comprises of three levels providing a roof of the Design team, as well as the administrative staff. The creative director’s office and at the top third level is a bird’s eye vantage point that serves a 360-degree view over the manufacturing facility and river valley horizon. The structure has pivoting windows on all sides of every level increasing its efficiency for lighting and ventilation according to preference and wind direction.

Directly outside of the Wantilan is the Scale Model Department, where the designs become 3 Dimensional realities. The treatment and production facilities are as well under a beautiful bamboo structures but what happens underneath are truly the foundations of who we are and what we do. Also equipped with a 12 meter saw-dust burning kiln for bamboo drying and 10 meter high bamboo smoker, PT Bambu is always ready for its next challenge. The reception area and security post area also boast unique bamboo architectural features as ‘eye-openers’ for first time guests.
